Price on request
A rare suite of four antique dining chairs from the Vienna Secession period, crafted circa 1907–1915. Featuring geometric silhouettes, dark mahogany-toned frames, brass sabots, and detailed upholstery.
An exquisite set of four antique dining chairs embodying the refined elegance of the Vienna Secession (Wiener Jugendstil) movement, dating from approximately 1907 to 1915. The slender frames are crafted from dark-toned wood resembling mahogany, showcasing the geometric discipline and restrained ornamentation characteristic of early 20th-century Austrian design. Notable details include gleaming brass sabots capping the front legs, oval upholstered inserts integrated into the open-backed upper frames, and decorative upholstery tacks tracing the perimeters of the seats and backrests. The slender, upright silhouettes lend a sense of architectural grace, making them equally suited for a formal dining room, a distinguished study, or a curated collector's interior. Retaining their authentic character, these chairs show gentle, natural signs of age and wear consistent with their history. Sold exclusively as a matching set of four.
